About JLS Landscape & Sprinkler, Inc.
For more than 50 years, JLS Landscape & Sprinkler, Inc. has helped Colorado properties look their best through changing seasons. Based in Sedalia and established in 1975, this family business is led by brothers John and Jeremy Reffel, who are continuing the legacy started by their father and grandfather.
From commercial grounds and HOA communities to residential properties, JLS brings landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, snow removal and fire mitigation together under one roof. Their year-round team helps property owners plan beyond the next mowing visit, with care that follows the needs of the property through the seasons.
Landscape & lawn care
Keep outdoor spaces inviting with mowing, edging, pruning, flower-bed care, seasonal color, aeration, fertilization, mulch and rock maintenance. Talk with the team about a maintenance plan for your property and its growing conditions.
Sprinklers & irrigation
Get help with seasonal startups, repairs, irrigation diagnostics and winterization. JLS also works with drip irrigation and smart controllers to support efficient watering and healthier landscapes.
Snow & ice management
Plan ahead for Colorado winter weather with commercial snow plowing, sidewalk clearing and deicing. JLS offers round-the-clock emergency snow response; contact the team about coverage and service arrangements.
Fire mitigation
Discuss tree and brush management, fuel reduction and defensible-space work for your property. A site-specific conversation helps clarify the scope, priorities and next steps.
Locally based. Ready for every season.
JLS serves Douglas County and the Denver metro area, including Sedalia, Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Littleton and Larkspur. Whether you manage a commercial site, an HOA or your own home, start with a conversation about your property, service needs and timeline.
